Arbid wastage of time
When it rains it pours...suddenly i have verbal diarhoea (at this point i open word to check the spelling)............................. ..................."Diarrhea"...that doesn't look right....checking "new websters expanded dictionary"....definition: 'a morbidly frequent evacuation of the intestines'
*grin*
why do most guys have this morbid fascination for all things disgusting and grose? or is that gross...like bass is not 'base', but 'bass'...like the fish i think....
i just visited a friends blog http://typolis.net/kraftedlogic, and he had a map there that displays the % of the world he has visited...and this guy has visited quite a few countries in europe, been to a few places in south east asia...(well....one place, South Korea :) ...and in all he's - correction - he has (he's would be he is) seen 5% of the world...
I've been to exactly '0' places outside India. I'm a true patriot you see - given that India gave the world '0'. ;)

Design Community
Just a thought...for those reading this...
Given below is our company site...i'm presently toying with the idea of making it a community site where people can comment on the work...students/professionals can upload their portfolios...and work can be outsourced to a wide variety of people, based on their individual skill sets...
If you have suggestions on how something like this will / will not work, i'd be more than grateful if you shared the same.
Cheers!

What's the fuss?
I never did get the concept of blogging. To me it's just pure self indulgence. Let's see where this goes. First let's introduce me to the 'blogging' (errr) community.
I'm Karn Malhotra, Branding Consultant and Creative Head of Exit Design. A print and branding studio in Bangalore, India.
I've run this studio for 2 and a half years and presently i'm in a bit of a fix...well not really a fix...but at crossroads in my journey as a designer/businessman.
You see, i've always been interested in creating a 'community' of designers. One where people can interact, debate, bitch & moan, and just share their views on design - print & branding specifically, since those are the subjects that i know best. It's amazing isn't it? How we just cocoon ourselves into what's comfortable for us.
I've had this idea in mind for the last 4 years atleast - and have been too afraid to take the leap.
Lets hope this 'little' leap into blogging is a sign of things to come over the next few weeks.
